1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
This document is a legally binding agreement between you and our service which is operated from Poland. By creating an account or using our web platform you acknowledge that you have read understood and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these rules you are strictly prohibited from using the service and must stop all use immediately.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use this web service. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE AND AI USE
Our web platform provides tools for professional optimization of career documents and LinkedIn profiles. We use a public link provided by the user to scan their LinkedIn profile using third party parsing tools like Apify. The extracted data is then processed by artificial intelligence models specifically Google Gemini to generate suggestions in three separate tabs.
The first tab shows your current LinkedIn content alongside our AI suggestions for improvement.
The second tab provides an ATS optimized resume based on your profile data.
The third tab generates a tailored cover letter based on your background.
All results are generated based on our proprietary prompts and technology.
4. AI DISCLAIMER AND NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE BASIS. WE USE COMPLEX ALGORITHMS AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TO GENERATE CONTENT.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE AI GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE COMPLETE OR FREE FROM ERRORS.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE USE OF OUR SERVICE WILL RESULT IN JOB INTERVIEWS EMPLOYMENT OFFERS OR INCREASED VISIBILITY IN LINKEDIN SEARCH RESULTS.
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING AND VERIFYING THE ACCURACY OF ALL CONTENT GENERATED BY THE AI BEFORE USING IT IN ANY PROFESSIONAL CONTEXT.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DECISIONS MADE BY RECRUITERS OR APPLICANT TRACKING SYSTEMS (ATS) REGARDING YOUR DOCUMENTS.

5. USER REPRESENTATIONS AND LINKEDIN DATA
By providing a LinkedIn URL you represent and warrant that the profile is public and accessible without violating any third party rights.
We do not ask for your LinkedIn login or password.
Our crawler only accesses information that is publicly available.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our service does not violate the LinkedIn User Agreement or any other legal obligations you may have.
We are an independent service and are not affiliated with endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.
6. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
To use our web service you must register using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. We store your scan history and generated documents on our servers for your convenience and future access.
7. PRICING AND CREDITS
Our service operates on a credit basis. The current pricing structure is listed below.
The 1 scan plan includes 10 credits for 7.99 USD.
The 5 scans plan includes 50 credits for 29.99 USD.
The 12 scans plan includes 120 credits for 59.99 USD.
You may purchase additional credits as needed. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
8. REFUND POLICY
We strive for customer satisfaction but we have strict rules regarding refunds due to the immediate costs of AI processing. To request a refund you must contact us at [email protected].
No refunds are provided for the 1 scan plan (10 credits) for 7.99 USD.
For the 5 scans plan (50 credits) a refund is possible only if you have performed no more than 1 scan. If 2 or more scans have been performed no refund will be issued.
For the 12 scans plan (120 credits) a refund is possible only if you have performed no more than 3 scans. If 4 or more scans have been performed no refund will be issued.
9. PROHIBITED USES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our proprietary prompts algorithms and technology are our exclusive property. You are granted a limited license to use the generated output for your personal career development.
You are strictly prohibited from attempting to resell our service.
You may not use our service to build a competing product or service.
You may not attempt to extract our proprietary prompts or use our tools via an unauthorized API.
Any unauthorized scraping of our website or reverse engineering of our technology is a violation of this agreement.
10. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the web service at our sole discretion without notice or liability if you breach any of these terms including unauthorized use of our API or proprietary prompts.
11. THIRD PARTY SERVICES AND ANALYTICS
We use third party services to operate and improve our platform.
We use Google Firebase for database hosting error logging and application analytics.
We use Apify for data parsing.
We use Google Gemini for AI analysis.
We use Stripe for payment processing.
We use Google Analytics to understand user behavior and improve experience.
We use Facebook Pixel for advertising purposes.
We are not responsible for the availability or performance of these third party services.
12. COPYRIGHT AND DMCA
We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe your data or copyrighted work has been processed or used without authorization please contact us at [email protected] with a takedown request.
13. PRIVACY POLICY REFERENCE
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your data are governed by our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using our service you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
14. REGIONAL LEGAL COMPLIANCE (EU AND USA)
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union.
As a Polish based service we ensure your data is handled according to European standards.
For residents of the United States we comply with relevant state laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
California residents have the right to request deletion of their data and to know what information is being collected.
15. BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
FOR USERS IN THE UNITED STATES ANY DISPUTE ARISING UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION.
YOU AGREE TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
YOU AGREE THAT YOU MAY ONLY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST US IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
THE ARBITRATION WILL BE CONDUCTED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (AAA) UNDER ITS CONSUMER ARBITRATION RULES.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT INCIDENTAL SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES LOSS OF PROFITS DATA OR OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
17. GOVERNING LAW
For users in the European Union these terms are governed by the laws of Poland. For users in the United States the Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration provisions.
18. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the web service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
