Public LinkedIn Data. We collect the public URL you provide. We extract information visible on this public page using third party parsing tools.

Scan History. We store the raw data extracted from your link and the three tabs of generated content (profile improvements, ATS resume, and cover letter) in your account history.

Technical and Tracking Data. We collect IP addresses, browser types, and usage data. We also collect crash logs and error reports via Firebase Crashlytics to monitor system stability.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information strictly to deliver and improve our service.

Service Delivery. We send your parsed public data and our proprietary prompts to artificial intelligence models to generate your optimized documents.

Account Management. We keep your scan history accessible in your account so you can view or download your documents at any time.

Marketing and Analytics. We use tracking technologies to understand user behavior and show relevant advertisements.

System Improvement. We use crash logs and technical data to fix bugs and improve application performance.

4. THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

We share data with trusted third parties only to the extent necessary to operate our service.

Google Firebase. We use Firestore as our main database and Firebase Storage to securely host your scan history and generated documents. We use Firebase Analytics for usage tracking.

Sentry. We use Sentry for error logging. Sentry stores logs on servers that are located in USA.

Apify. We use this tool to parse the public LinkedIn URL you provide.

Google Gemini. We use this artificial intelligence API to process the parsed data and generate your tailored content based on our proprietary prompts.

Stripe. We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

Google Analytics. We use this tool to analyze website traffic and improve user experience.

Facebook Pixel. We use this tracking tool to measure ad performance and deliver targeted advertising.

5. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Our company is located in Poland. Your data is stored on secure servers within the United States of America. However data may be transferred to the Europe for processing by our AI and analytics partners like Google and Meta. We ensure these transfers comply with European data protection laws using standard contractual clauses.

6. PRIVACY RIGHTS FOR US RESIDENTS (CCPA AND STATE LAWS)

If you reside in California or other US states with specific privacy laws you have specific rights regarding your personal information.

No Sale of Data. We do not sell your personal information for monetary value.

Right to Delete. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information.

8. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

We retain your email and scan history as long as your account is active. This allows you to access your generated resumes and cover letters. You can request full account deletion and the removal of all your scan history by contacting [email protected]. Upon a deletion request all personal data and user generated content are permanently removed from our active databases.

9. SECURITY

We implement security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

10. CHILDREN PRIVACY

Our service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected such information we will take steps to delete it immediately.

11. CHANGES TO THE POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If significant changes occur we will notify users by updating the date at the top of this document. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
